Upload built artifact from GitHub Actions workflow job

Is the org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.asahi runtime already useful for people who'd like to try running flatpak apps that need GPU? If so, it'd be nice to upload the built artifact: https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact

Looks like build-bundle should also be changed to true: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak-github-actions

Last time I attempted to do so, exporting a bundle didn't work. Do give it a shot now and see if you can get anything from it.
