Would it be possible to support Client ID Metadata Document (CIMD)? IETF Draft Specification
It is likely to be popular for AI MCP authentication.
Describe your ideal solution
An optional configuration parameter or environment variable that enables the CIMD flow.
Workarounds or alternatives
Nothing that I could find. Default MCP authentication uses dynamic client registration, but it has several shortcomings, particularly at scale.
