I need to have a globally available, unified Ory stack deployed across multiple regions.

Describe your ideal solution

I need to have support for TiDB due to CockroachDB's restrictive & expensive licensing.

Workarounds or alternatives

Existing, non-CRDB solutions are limited in their operational capacities.

Additional Context

There is work being done on ory/pop#11, and I will file a PR here for initial experimental support once it passes the unit tests and migrations.
