All logfiles in Logs & Assets should use logfile?filename=... to be browser-friendly

Some logs have extensions like .log that force the user to first download them in order to view them. It would be easier if all text logs & assets have a link like:

https://openqa.suse.de/tests/$JOB/logfile?filename=somelog.log

[stale]
