Request: keep the deleted needle name in the dropdown

There has been a 100% needle match, but during needle maintenance I have deleted the needle (to replace it with a better version).

However, in the dropdown list the needle is not listed (any more). So the code somehow knows that a needle is no longer available.

Feature request: keep the entry in the dropdown list, but mark is as being deleted. (e.g. by using the colour red and not displaying the three icons on the right)
