apiv2: Remove the ability to specify aws creds

The workers themselves should have access to these, no need for users to specify them, they should only specify who they want to share it with.

So as part of this we cannot change type AWSTargetOptions struct { as the weldr api relies on it as well.

So how about: when the aws secrets (secretkey + keyId) are empty and they're specified in the worker, the workers just uses those credentials. Minimal change and would do what we want.

The actual api change we could even postpone as part of #1775.
