CI: run tests on ppc64le

Run the integration tests on ppc64le in the same way as they are run on x86_64.

The orchestration should be the same, but we may need to teach some tests to opt-out of certain cases depending on the architecture (not all image types are available everywhere).

To the extent schutzbot hardcodes any policies about which tests to run, this should be pushed down into the test-package to make this easier.

Mock build, install, and integration tests are working on some levels, but some weird adjustments are needed for KVM/QEMU on ppc64le. The virt-install command must include the argument:

--qemu-commandline="-machine pseries,cap-cfpc=broken,cap-sbbc=broken,cap-ibs=broken,cap-ccf-assist=off"

The ppc64le boots seem to hang.

This was running on a host that was KVM virtualized, so there may be some kind of issue with nested virtualization there. I have another test running with some hostRequires settings that should prevent us from landing on a host where nested virt is needed.
