High priority:

• feed the 2 (3) output types into lookup tables to generate one final file with our output format of choice and schema conform nomenclature, see here - currently testing, see here

Low priority:

• Investigate enriching Tomo5 mdocs with overall xml information to match information output to SerialEM/EPU - Athena does this, but reliance on Athena not possible as not everyone has access (TFS paid upgrade, Bern i.e. does not have it) - currently testing
