Add subdirectory for config #5
Description
The LS_reader.conf is currently generated directly inside UserConfigDir (eg ~/Library/Application Support/LS_reader.conf on mac). Best practice is to add a directory before this (eg ~/.config/LS_metadata_reader/config.json).
