Use AI to review PRs

Issue description / feature objectives

We have a bot to upgrade dependencies, and sonar to perform static review of code. The suggestion here is to investigate possible use of AI bot to review code for improvement in many dimensions including bug finding. The hope is to lessen the time spent by humans in the code-review process without sacrificing code quality.

Possibilities include: Aider, PR-Agent

Caveats / Assumptions

No requirement to adopt. Perhaps somehow setup in test mode, or use a separate repo to evaluate.

Completion Criteria

Maintainers can accept the new bot(s) if they seem useful.
