Replace enRoute DTO with new Felix implementation

It is my understanding that the Felix implementation (developed by @bosschaert) is supposed to be the new reference implementation.

I would like to therefore start replacing the "old" DTO-related stuff with the "new" Felix implementation.

Any objections?

You can add the API to the base api and add the bundle.

Notice that I will release tomorrow 2.0.0 and after that my paid time is reduced to 0 on this
