Add more information to "osism apply" available roles table

When running `osism apply` without providing a role it would be cool to see in the table:
- the supported actions of each role, especially `upgrade ` and `rolling-upgrade`
- and if the service is enabled (regardless if per kolla-default, osism-default or in the own configuration repository)
