I have a simple project here https://github.com/createyourpersonalaccount/openldap-mediawiki if you are interested. It doesn't have all the configurations of osixia but it is up-to-date.

Very relevant discussion over at #670 - it has been confirmed by the project owners, that the image is no longer maintained (the company still exists though).
You will find possible projects to migrate in the discussion, and also how to migrate.

@johnmmcgee it's all based on debian buster (EOL) and several layers of dockerfiles/stuff are included, it's not very easy to fork and update.
