Update vscode marketplace with vsix file after testing the vsix file
- pull latest dev
- end to end test (open swell app, look for state, poke around app)
- run the test suites (one test is designed to fail)
- make a vsix file
- test the vsix file
- publish vsix to the marketplace
- test the newest version of the marketplace (could take 20min to update)
- make pull request to update main to newest version of dev
