Do not switch between side menu when you click on the empty space or when you switch to another POI

Actually, if you selected a POI and after you select an empty place on the map. The side menu is closed and it's switched to the initial side menu to filter or add new item.

It's better to close side menu without switch to initial menu and it's better to do not close side menu when you switch to another POI on the map
