There is exactly one "Nordhafenbrücke" in the vicinity, so looks obvious to me. That said, I don't exactly understand why knowing the street that Nominatim uses as a parent is relevant here. The problem is clearly with the "Vood Mobil" way.

well yes, but i would like to see the parent faster.

in this case i don't know what to do with the "vood mobil", it is located at the harbor "Nordhafen", so "Am Nordhafen" ('at' is 'am' in german) makes sense, it is a food-truck anyway, the park and the harbour don't seem to be a street

Well, if it is a food truck, it most likely doesn't have an official address at all, so the use of the addr:* is wrong here. They should be deleted. In this particular case the websites also indicates that the food truck regularly changes its location. Which makes it questionable to have in OSM at all.
