update/remove outdated documentation #118
Description
Someone should update/remove outdated documentation. E.g the documentation in https://github.com/osm-spline/xappy.js/blob/master/doc/setup-development-environment.md is out of date. We should screen all documents and maybe remove some. What about he final-paper and the German documents?
