Cannot filter charging stations by bicycle=designated #24176

Description
Currently, charging stations can be filtered by bus=yes/designated, hgv=designated/yes/permissive..., . However bicycle can only be filtered by bicycle=yes.
bicycle=designated has almost 1k uses, compared to the 8.5k of bicycle=yes: https://qlever.dev/osm-planet/pnstyx
Steps to reproduce
- Search for charging station
- Select filter
- Open bicycle access
Actual result
Bicycle: yes is the only option
Expected result
Bicycle=designated is also presented
