Documentation suggestion for loading in Android Studio #77

@alexbodn

Description

@alexbodn

Thank you very much for providing such wonderful osmand, now with the option to extend it even more.

I'm very clumsy at using visual software, thus my go to solution would definitely have been the github workflow.
However, as I received a laptop, I tried subbornly to work in the Android studio with Gemini, finaly an IDE after 30 years of programming.

To help someone in my situation, I'd ask you to instruct in the top level README
to download the repository manually,
and then open the top level build.gradle files of osmand-api-demo and osmand-map-demo
as separate projects in Android Studio.
