Add possibility to import tracks (.gpx files) dragging and dropping them onto the map

Description

As a user, I would like a simpler and more convenient way to import tracks and instantly displaying them on the map with the context menu open. That would be especially useful when the needed track isn't labeled correctly (e.g., only containing numbers or a date in its name).

Actual situation

Currently Web map doesn't support importing tracks by dragging and dropping them onto the map.

Proposed solution

Something like gpx.studio and others.

User requests drag-and-drop GPX import on OsmAnd Web. Currently, dropping a .gpx file onto the map is handled by the browser itself and opens the raw file contents instead of importing and displaying the track on the map.

What the user wants

The user would like a simpler and faster way to import tracks into OsmAnd Web:

• Drag a .gpx file from the file manager and drop it directly onto the map area.
• The track should be immediately imported and displayed on the map.
• The context menu for that track should open automatically so the user can quickly inspect, rename, and manage it.
• This is especially useful for tracks with non-descriptive names (dates, IDs, numbers only).

How it should work (expected behavior)

1. Open OsmAnd Web in a browser.
2. Drag a .gpx file from the file manager.
3. Drop it anywhere on the map canvas.

Expected result:

• OsmAnd Web intercepts the drop event and imports the .gpx file.
• The track is rendered on the map immediately.
• The context menu for the imported track is opened automatically (similar to opening a track from the list), allowing the user to interact with it right away (rename, change color, etc.).
• The browser does not open a new tab with the raw file.

What actually happens now (verified with the video and test)

Tested flow:

1. Open OsmAnd Web in a desktop browser.
2. Drag a .gpx file (e.g. from the OS file manager) over the map area.
3. Drop the file onto the map.

Actual result:

• The browser opens a new tab showing the GPX file contents (XML code) on a black background, similar to opening a text file in a viewer.
• OsmAnd Web does not import the file.
• No track appears on the map.
• No context menu is opened.
• The drop action is handled at browser level instead of by OsmAnd Web.
