New user registration is broken

Clicking on "Create Account" does not seem to be doing anything.

On a related note, trying to recover a password with an unregistered account leaks information. The message should be a fixed "if there's an account with this email we sent a reset link to it" or similar text.

Clicking “Create account” on OsmAnd Web does nothing, and that the password-recovery flow reveals whether an email address is already registered.

I’ve tried to reproduce this on my side but couldn’t see the same problem.

Steps I followed

1. Opened OsmAnd Web: https://test.osmand.net/map/#5/50.000/5.000
2. Clicked the account icon on the left sidebar to open the OsmAnd Account panel.
3. Clicked the blue “Create account” button.
4. The panel changed to “Create new account” with the text “Enter your email to create an account. We’ll send a verification code to confirm your email.”
5. Entered an email address and pressed Continue.
6. The UI showed “A verification code has been sent to your email address … Please enter it in the field below to continue.” and allowed me to complete registration.

Actual result on current build

• The Create account button opens the email form correctly.
• It is possible to enter an email, receive a verification code, and finish registration.

So on the current test environment I wasn’t able to reproduce the “button does nothing” behavior.

Regarding your second point about the message “An account is already registered with this email address”: you are right that this exposes whether an email exists in our system. We do have this message at the moment, and your feedback about using a generic text (“If there’s an account with this email…”) is valid and will be taken into account for future improvements to the password-reset flow.

Well … not for me. Reproducible in both Chromium and Firefox. My Chromium setup doesn't use web blockers or similar extensions.

There's not much to see when nothing happens …

The "log in" button does what it's supposed to do. The "Create account" button does not.

I can reproduce the issues. In my case, Create account doesn't work if the login / register form appears after tapping on the Search or Configure Map page.
