Share track doesn't work on web

### Description
Share track doesn't work as expected

### Steps to reproduce
- create a share link for a track
- open that link 
- see if the track is displayed (tap on shared track in the track list)

### Actual result
- shared track is shown only after page refresh

### Expected result
- [ ] Shared track should be opened via share link without need to refresh the page
