8360: unmapped drinking water images don't work

I don't know what's going wrong. But for some reason I can't find a single working mapillary url for an 'unmapped drinking water' error.
They all seem to cause problems when loading saying that the image might be deleted.

url formatting seems fine. (also tried copying the image key to a working url, and that also results in an error)

The Mapillary drinking water is the only one coming for an other part of the API (the tag layer). There are not detect in the image, by manually tagged. While it work well for the detected objects.

Maybe in this case it is not an image key, but I think it was working.
