Invalid junction between ways on different layers

I have noticed an error on this junction: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/6429262915
The junction is impossible, because the ways are not on the same layer (one of them is a bridge).

Could this error be detected by Osmose?

I am not sure I understand your comment. Currently, the error is not detected by Osmose:

I think there is already a check for common nodes on different layers.
But this case maybe especial.

It looks like I have the same issue with https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/issue/8ac11c5d-ce3d-22ee-2bf2-40f4360eae20

A way with 1 layer difference may still be relevant for steps, but to me this would be less sever than a way on the same layer.
