automatic issue `Concerns tag: communication:4g+=yes`

with osmose proposal item=8392 (Support radio (Tour, mât et pylône) à mettre à jour),
we have some time like this one a tag: communication:4g+=yes` in keys.
But this generate somme issue in osmose

do we (but not me) add communication:4g+ a good key ? (the other key don't generate issues)
or do we delete this key ?

The + is no good usage in the key.

It looks like mainly a french key.
