Item 2060, class 10

I haven’t found an official rule from the government for house numbers in Puerto Rico. However, there’s enough data in OSM to remove many false positives, like valid house numbers that begin with a letter.

I compared a few data points from OSM against cadastral data, and the values match. On the ground, I also saw values that matched those in OSM.
Based on this verified data, I extrapolated a pattern for valid-looking house numbers across Puerto Rico. This pattern asserts that the vast majority (over 95%) of the current Osmose markers are false positives.

Would you accept adding a rule out of this educated guess?
