Enable osmose power issues in Pakistan

Dear osmose community,

Thanks for creating this awesome platform!

I'm currently doing some transmission grid mapping in Pakistan. For finalising this country I would like to have osmose power lines item=7040 but so far I am getting zero issues for Pakistan as a country.

Could anyone show me how to enable it or show me some sample code how to do this?

I am relatively new to osmose, but perhaps the total number of issues for all of Pakistan is too large? In other regions of the world, osmose issues has been broken down into much smaller areas.

Pakistan has also been failing Sax and Floating_Islands for ~2 months, and before that they only succeeded incidentally (see also #2303 (comment) ). Might indeed be that Pakistan as a whole is too large for this server?

It runs on the Icelandic backend. And the backend code is up to date, and this analyser run without error.
