False positive item 7050. UPS Relay that does not have the tag `ref:FR:LaPoste`

On item 7050, I have a UPS relay node 11212418290 hat comes up in error because it would not have the tag ref:FR:LaPoste : https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/fr/issue/dfa62ff2-2d2e-2678-e4e7-ee94db69e188

ref:FR:LaPoste is only to be used for the French operator “La Poste”.
