New osmosis analyser for power substations

Hello

Here are some ideas for a new osmosis analyser for substations.

• substation=transmission on a node (should be on an area)
• power=substation + building=yes (should be building=service or building=industrial)
• power=substation missing maximum voltage

We can discuss it here prior doing any work on it.
