`payment:enbw_mobility+` is a valid key and shouldn’t be reported as issue

This issue, generated by TagFix_BadKey.py, is a false positive: The key payment:enbw_mobility+ looks valid to me as this is the name of an app that can be used as payment method for vehicle charging stations.

According to Taginfo, the key payment:enbw_mobility+ is used 20 times and payment:EnBW_mobility+_App is used 3 times. There are no uses so far for a key like payment:enbw_mobility_plus where the plus sign is written as a word.
