Releases and tags

Hi,
Thank you for this excellent package !
As part of our autonomous driving efforts at TIER IV, I developed a "cuda layer" by leveraging this package (https://github.com/autowarefoundation/cuda_blackboard).
Right now I am trying to merge it into autoware (autowarefoundation/autoware#5710) aiming to have a pointcloud processing pipeline where the data does not leave even once the GPU after the driver.

However, this repository does not seem to have releases nor tags. Is this on purpose? Could I ask the maintainers to create one?
