Augur to process projects with bugzilla issue tracking 

currently we are only loading projects with github/gitlab git/issue system. To be able to process more projects, augur will be developed to be compatible to git repos that are using bugzilla issue tracking. The example used for this will be gclib https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/sources.html
