Queue Screen (Responder) #221

create queue screen for responders

• only accessible from responder accounts
• create queue directory in screens folder
• appropriate icon on navbar (maybe truck or tools...)
• shows list of issues claimed by the account
• sortable by date, proximity, and endorsements (possibly work off of leaderboard screen)

possible other options:

• option to see list of issues claimed within their wider organization
• search bar so they can find specific issues easily (this would be the screen they would go to to provide an update so its important that it be easy to track something down)
