Fix overflow text of the "How to apply to job" input field when a job is previewed

In the process of posting a job, in the "How to apply field" when the content exceeds a certain limit of characters, there is an overflow that happens when the job is previewed. See image below.
How ever, when the btn is hovered the overflow dies not happen are

I fixed this at 300 characters on the PR => #442
