Wifi check fails if connected to wifi but no internet

It seems that the WIFI connection check in the wizard fails the the user is connected to a network but that does not provide internet.

This is fixed in #37 :) The previous wifi check checked that there was an internet but not that the internet had NetworkCapabilities.NET_CAPABILITY_VALIDATED

I think I phrased my original issue badly, I meant that maybe the app should work when there's wifi but without internet. That would allow checking a device offline or in isolated environments, which might be helpful. That's why I also flagged #47 so that we can provide even some detection offline (and allow IOCs updates from local files).
