@calebbrown We have some CNCF documentation about creating a contributor ladder along with a contributor ladder template that might help you get started. It's also worth noting that the contributor ladder template is probably more complex than what you need, but it's intended to be used as a starting point that you can then strip down to what makes sense for your project.

We also have a basic governance model template and instructions for using it that might be useful for you.
