Link checker

Let’s make sure the WG repository stays fresh and all the links work.
We can set up a link checker to do two things:

• Check links during PRs: This will catch any broken links before they get added.
• Run regular scans: This will help us spot links that stop working over time.

We should also add a badge to the repo so everyone in the WG community can quickly see if there are any broken links that need fixing.
This way, we can keep the content reliable and easy to use.
