Review Security Baseline controls and provide feedback

As the Security Baseline continues rolling forward, Crob has reviewed the ~40 requirements and tried to line those up with the awesome software capabilities we have here at the foundation. He completed a first pass at how our amazing projects could help support these controls, and has asked WG leads to review the compliance crosswalk (column C and column K) and see if we agree/disagree or have missed anything. The goal is to codify these and get them added into the official yaml mappings.
