cleanup: Remove ancient commands that we're not using anymore

I think there are probably commands in here that are not used very often or not at all. Check them and discuss removal:

• bson2json
• censored-for-email
• etccleaner
• multilb-sanity-check
• snap-autoremove
• swauth-list-and-search
• uwsgi-list
• uwsgi-log

Some should be converted to perl:

• filespeed (because of the continuous nature of calling, and maybe we want an option for longer/accumulated output)
