command-line option for visualisation?

Dear all

It appears that the command-line version of BGCViz is limited to only the conversion of BGC-tool outputs to corresponding csv files that can be subsequently uploaded to BGCViz website. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I cannot find instructions on how to generate an output visual, based on command line, similar to what can be achieved from the BGCViz website. Is this an inherent limitation of the command line way of running BGCViz? Thanks

Hello Marc,

Unfortunately, BGCViz output charts cannot be produced from command-line version. We plan include some basic functionality regarding this issue in the future updates.
I will leave this issue open for future updates
