Hello. While the README.me presents Fedora variants using libostree, some that I thought met this criterion are not listed. Since all of these variants invariably have names beginning with "Fedora", I'm omitting them for brevity: Sway Atomic, Budgie Atomic and Cosmic Atomic. Should we conclude that these do not use the OSTree model?

Sway Atomic, Budgie Atomic respective former names are Sericea and Onyx, which names are still visible.

$ ostree remote refs fedora | \
awk '/rawhide/&&/x86_64/ {print}' | \
grep -E 'sericea|onyx'
fedora:fedora/rawhide/x86_64/onyx
fedora:fedora/rawhide/x86_64/sericea

P.S. The Fedora Project has no intention to fix this. That's the way it is. Therefore invoking 'ostree remote refs fedora' with '| grep '\-atomic$'' or '| grep -E 'sway|budgie'' to search for them would be vain. It should then be concluded that the relative images do not exist.
