Enterprise Grade NeuralProphet Updates

We expanded NeuralProphet for the last 2 years to create an enterprise-grade FinTech R&D project that is showing success: https://ranger.trading/

There are a few things we're active planning on making a PR for the community:

• GPU + Parallel model schedules optimizations
• DevOps optimizations

The goal of this might be to expand the versioning to a 0.10.x Beta along with our equivalent as we're at v0.9.6 internally.

This project is proof the research and systems (at least to us) helped us achieve a larger set of goals in our own research! Upgrading this project to the newest Python 3.x and PyTorch and PyTorch Lightning configs is a current priority for us next so we'll be making a PR here*. If this project is in full on hiatus mode we will fork it out and public release NeuralProphetX (or something similar); and keep this project going =).
