[Proposal] Reations overflow on mobile view

Background:

• Device / Browser (OS version): iPhone 11 pro, Safari, iOS 15.0
• Build: testnet staging

Description:

When there are more than 3 or 4 reactions, the "View details" button will be pushed out of screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to testnet
2. Scroll down to see the proposal section
3. Look for a proposal with many different reactions (e.g. proposal#20)
4. See the view details button overflows on the page

Expected result:

Should display the reactions in multiple lines if cannot be fully shown in one line with the view details button.
