Coin salt is always zero

SDK 0.3.0 always has Coin Salt: 0x

here are two coins I created via the new version, and the second one isn't showing up on Zora.

I rolled back to 0.2.x and it generated a non-zero salt, and prior coin creations all have a non-zero salt.

The salt should not really matter for showing up on the site. It would fail on sending the txn if the salt collided. Investigating why this is happening.
