Most LTR insertion times are NA

Hi Shujun,

When I was looking at the results of running LTR harvest, LTR_FINDER and LTR_retriever with default parameters, I found that most of the Insertion time columns in the final pass.list were NA. What's going on? I did more than a dozen samples and they were all normal, but this happened to only 2 samples.
