Instructions on setting up the docker image on Google's Containers on Compute Engine?

Hi!

You wouldn't happen to have any instructions on how to set up this app to run on Google's Containers on Compute Engine or Google Cloud Run?

I think I can just follow the "Migrating NodeJS Apps from Heroku to C;oud Run" page but thought I would ask incase someone had already done this.

If I get it working, I'll try and submit a pull request with information in the README.md
