  • value of the physical space:
    • easier to get to know one another
    • student training (teaching and learning, a bit easier in person, especially when stuck with a problem)
  • virtual working environment
    • freedom to live and work where they want
    • works best when you have worked with people before: ways for people to come in person for a few weeks at least?
