overrides / resolutions don't respect version numbers

What version of Bun is running?

1.2.9

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 24.3.0 arm64 arm

What steps can reproduce the bug?

When setting up resolutions like below... express 4.21.0 is still installed

What is the expected behavior?

I would expect this override to change any instance of express 4.21.0 to instead use 4.21.2.

What do you see instead?

Just wanted to call out that this is an effectively a huge blocker for larger companies using bun as a package manager because it makes it so we can't address CVEs which is required by various compliance things.
