There should be a way to set different values inside `tutor.yml` or override the whole file

Currently, there's not much that we can change inside tutor.yaml. There must be a way to either patch or replace the file using tutor config.
I wanted to work on this matter, but first, I'd like to know your thoughts on this @Abdul-Muqadim-Arbisoft @regisb

Yes @CodeWithEmad agree, there is a gap that the Android app's tutor.yml (the app-side config file) has many more fields than what's currently exposed as Tutor config variables, so users who need to customize things like Firebase settings, feature flags, or other app-level values either have to override the entire template file manually, or those settings just aren't customizable at all. Happy to see this move forward!

Yes! If we want to see more people using tutor-android and start contributing to it, we have to make it more customizable.
