Making the program start while it's pinned and left alligned and the token unlimitted

I can't seem to make this program start when pinned and that it is left alligned.
I would want it that way instead of the right alligning when it starts.
So that I don't have to pin the program every time when I start it and aswell that I have to click on the button the re-allign it every time to the left. So what I mean with that is that the profile picture and username while being into a voice chat are on the left instead of the right when the program starts. Also for the Token I saw into the settings that it is 7 days only until it expires isn't it possible to have it unlimitted?

Bumping this issue. I'm experiencing the same things on my machine.
Running on Linux Mint 22.3.
